Selecting Required Fields

This feature allows you to select from a list of fields that are required in specified screens. When working in a screen with missing information in a required field, a message screen opens prompting you to enter the missing information. You must enter the information in the required field in order to close the screen.

To select required fields

1. Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
2. Select your profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
3. Click on the Required Fields link under Basic Settings.
4. Select one of the links from the left pane in the Required Fields section.
5. Make your selections in the right pane.
6. Select Save and Close.

Note: Categories may contain sub categories with available fields you can mark as required. Fields that are required by default are checked with a gold lock icon next to the field.
